Conditions of mailing
 

Informations to the senses of the D.Lgs. n.185/99:
 
The conditions of mailing are protected by the D.Lgs n.185 of May 22 nd 1999, that foresees the possibility of the consumer to practice the right of recess.
The consumer can practice the right of recess within a term of 10 working days from the reception of the commodity. Such right consists in the faculty of restitution of the good purchased to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying its reason, and in the consequent reimbursement of the price of purchase.
 
Exclusions:
 
The right of recess is applied to the  people that act for non referable purposes to his/her own professional activity. They are excluded therefore from the right of recess you purchase him effected by retailers and by firms.
The right of recess is not applied for the following categories of products:
a) audiovisual or you support sealed computer software opened by the consumer;
b) newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
 
Formality of the exercise of the right of recess:
 
The right of recess is practiced  by the dispatch, within the  term of 10 working days from the reception of the commodity, by a communication written through recommended letter with notice of reception addressed to: ENNEDI INSTRUMENTS, Via Roma,86 64029 Silvi Marina (TE) Italy   
The communication can be sent, within the same term, also through telegram or fax, with the condition that is confirmed through recommended letter with notice of reception within the 48 following hours. Such communication has to contain the codes of the products that they intend to return, as well as indications on the formalities of reimbursement of the sustained expense (merit, etc.) and possible banking coordinates.
The product object of afterthought they must be return edited by the consumer, under conditions of substantial integrity, to the same address used for the registered letter.
Once received the commodity and verified the integrity of it they try, in the briefest possible time, to accredit the cost of the returned products to the client, holding back, where necessary, the amount of the shipping and handling that they will stay to load of the client however.
